霞がかった夕暮れ時──。伸びる影と、街に灯る明かりを横目に、河原の土手をゆく…。どこかの誰かが晩御飯を作っている、ああ、いい匂いがしてくる時間──。春になると、冬よりも匂いが遠くまで届く気がするなぁ。西日の暖かさと夜の寒さの間にいるような、寂しいようで、でも、そっと背中を押してもらえた気分…、そんな情景を思い出しながら作った曲でございます。
